Individual Members
As part of our membership benefits, NPMC offers individual members access to a specialized resume bank. This platform allows job seekers, particularly transitioning service members, to upload their resumes for review by our trusted industry partners who are actively seeking candidates with fueling and logistics experience. This feature is designed to streamline the job search process and provide greater visibility for skilled professionals looking to find their next opportunity in the private sector.
In addition, we understand that navigating the civilian job market can be a challenge for those coming from military service. That’s why NPMC also offers resume assistance to individual members upon request. Our team works with members to translate military experience into language that resonates with civilian employers, ensuring their resumes reflect the depth of their skills and leadership. This tailored support helps bridge the gap between military service and industry employment, giving our members a competitive edge.
Corporate Members
For our corporate members, NPMC provides opportunities to connect directly with this highly qualified talent pool. Corporate members fill critical roles with experienced professionals by ensuring visibility among transitioning fuel handlers and other job seekers. Member can either provide a link on the NPMC Job Board directly to their organization’s careers page or they can post openings directly on our platform. In addition, Members may view the resume bank with submittals by Individual NPMC members actively transitioning. This reciprocal relationship strengthens the entire community by aligning the needs of employers with the capabilities of those exiting military service.
